Our 18-step process is an in-depth journey together regardless of the project scope. Be it large scale renovations, remodel revamps, new builds or a furnishing uplevel– our objective remains the same: to intuitively develop the feeling you want to experience in the space and to articulate it in alignment with your personal essence.

01. Research
After reviewing the Investment Guide, you’ll schedule your Initial Visit. We’ll collect a bit of information beforehand, meet to discuss your project, and prepare the documents needed to get started. Once approved, we officially kick off your project.

02. Development
We start by understanding your vision and documenting the space, then collaborate with trade partners while developing plans and design concepts. After presenting and refining the direction, we finalize the detailed design and design deliverables for approval.

03. Purchasing & Execution
We provide a construction binder for you and the GC, have regular site visits and ongoing communication throughout the construction process. For all purchases we manage orders, track deliveries, and coordinate the final installation leading up to your reveal.

04. Project Finale
As we near completion, we'll create a punch list of any remaining items. Once finalized, we'll commemorate by memoralizing all the beautiful details with a professional photoshoot.
